Bobby and his team would be difficult to beat. We heard about his work through the grapevine, and met with him for a consultation. Speaking with him for only a few minutes, it was 100% evident he was passionate of his craft. going over everything we wanted to have accomplished, he then brought our vision to life, and then some!! I had a window that leaked and I will tell you - good luck trying to find somebody that could troubleshoot the problem which was not obvious. Bobby, the owner of Mavericks Building Solutions, was currently down the street doing an addition on another home. He gladly came over to see our issue. He accurately accessed the problem and he and his crew fixed it promptly. Job well done.

To resolve some greatly needed storage needs, we contacted several NextDoor offerings and checked out some drop in sheds and it was obvious that none of these were the answer to our space, location and specific requirements for our desperately needed shed. After speaking with Bobby with Maverick Bldrs, we quickly realized that they were the company to do the job.
It wasn’t an easy job to start with; they had to cut in to an existing decking and hand carry all their tools and materials to the back of the house. We kept asking if we could make some adjustments or additions as they were working. Every change was easily accommodated and we received the much needed shed we desired!
It was so easy working with Bobby and his team. They quickly shifted to every request and were able to adjust to almost everything we needed. They just couldn’t make the shed into a garage. We would certainly recommend Mavericks Building to anyone with a building requirement.
